Nick Ibbott, is a retired police detective with 30 years of experience in fighting crime in the real and virtual underworlds. Nick now spearheads L.E.A.D.S. (Law Enforcement Advanced Development Solutions Inc.), a leader of training opportunities for law enforcement and professional investigators.

Nick has vast amounts of expertise in complex investigations. He had become a subject matter expert in many areas that dealt with both virtual and real-world operational settings. Nick helped to forge that service’s practices in many fields, including online investigations, data recovery, undercover operations, search warrant drafting and execution, surveillance, but to name a few.

During his career, Nick received training from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (R.C.M.P.), the Criminal Intelligence Service Ontario (CISO) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) to prevent and investigate cybercrime.

Nick has educated hundreds of law enforcement members over his police career. He continues to empower them to solve today’s events and understand tomorrow’s problems as the use of emerging technologies by subjects becomes more prevalent.
